Please also mention any additional requirements such as natural or synthetic, Kosher, GMP, any limit on specification/impurities. This will reduce potential errors and increase your chances of finding your required products and chemicals.

Ordering Guidelines

It is our policy to process your requirement immediately. We will inform you once we match the vendor. And give you a quote and lead time or stock inventory.

Shipping Guidelines
We provide a number of shipping options – from United States Postal Services, United Parcel Service, Federal Express or other common carriers. Shipments are made from our New Jersey facility or our other global centers. For international shipments, we use cargo airlines and always comply with applicable regulations. We can package chemical products to our customers’ specifications.

Payment Guidelines

  • Net 30 days or earlier subject to credit approval or can be discussed and negotiated.
  • International accounts are welcome.
  • All prices are F.O.B. Sayerville, New Jersey or as stated.

Returns Guidelines

To ensure quick turnaround time, all returns have to be authorized by the E-ChemHub customer service. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
