Selling Guidelines

The following list represents products that are required by eChemHub customer base and represents request for quotation from viable vendors with the ability to deliver the required quantity, in the stated time and within the given price range. We encourage our suppliers to utilize both alphabetical and numerical codings ensure that quotes are for the right products and chemicals.

Quotation Guidelines

It is our policy to review all quotations within 48 hours and to respond to suppliers within 72 hours of quotation. Quotation can be completed through our online portal 24 hours a day.

  • Quotations can be done online – its faster, more efficient and reduces error
  • Should you require clarification for a quotation request, send us an email at [email protected] or call our customer service at 908.548.0790 between from 9 am – 5pm eastern time
  • Quotations should be for the requested quantity
  • Suppliers should agree to the time for delivery stipulated – should there be questions, call contact us on email or phone
  • Quotes that fall outside the requested price range will be rejected without notification to vendor
Shipping Guidelines
Vendor should pay shipping and should include this in their quotation. From time to time, we might specify the type of shipment that is required. Some of shipping options include United States Postal Services, United Parcel Service, Federal Express or other common carriers. Shipments should be sent to our New Jersey facility. Vendor should be willing to package chemical products in the sizes specified in the quotation.

Payment Guidelines

  • Net 30 days or to be negotiated.
  • International accounts are welcome.
  • All prices are F.O.B. Sayerville, New Jersey or as stated.
  • All appropriate paperwork to be provided

Returns Guidelines

To ensure quick turnaround time, all returns have to be authorized by the eChemHub customer service.  All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
